Contingency
Harpwood, Inc. will utilize our national resources to source and recruit candidates, conduct phone screens and schedule client interviews, and negotiate employment offers.

Retained Search
A retained search is necessary when Harpwood, Inc. is requested to recruit industry specific candidates, work on high volume recruiting projects, or conduct specific senior level executive management searches. Our National Research team will conduct in-depth research and market analysis to generate specialized candidates from targeted competitors. We view our customer's retained searches as top priority.
